If you drank a little too much the night before -- or your body needs a nutritional super-charge then -- this drink has everything you need and more. Blend. Chug. And hit the reset button.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup pure coconut water (not “from concentrate”)
  • 1 packed Ladder Greens
  • 1 peeled kiwi
  • ½ pear (or ½ green apple)
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped  
  • 1 small cucumber 
  • 1 small chunk of fresh ginger 
  • ½ fresh-squeezed lime juice 
  • ¼ tsp. Himalayan sea salt 
  • 1-2 stems parsley (optional)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Add everything to a high-powered blender. Blend and drink.
