Chocolate, vanilla, and fruit-flavored smoothies are not your only healthy drink options. This mint-flavored drink is packed with nutrients, including Ladder Greens for vitamins and minerals, Ladder Protein to keep your full, mint leaves to soothe digestion, and chia seeds and cacao nibs for added fiber.  

Ingredients

  • 12 oz. unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/4 cup mint leaves
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 packet Ladder Plant Protein (vanilla)
  • 1 packet Ladder Greens
  • 1 tbsp. cacao nibs
  • 1.5 tbsp. almond butter
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds
  • Dash of Himalayan salt
  • 1 ½ cup ice

Directions

Add all ingredients except for the cacao nibs to a blender. Pulse for 30 seconds, or until combined. Add the cacao nibs and pulse for an additional 5 to 10 seconds. For a lower-calorie version, use half a banana and 1 tbsp of almond butter.
